When updating your slate of Grand Body Officers, District or Region Officers, or even Local Officers, this is done from the respective Officers Tables.
Grand Body Officers
From the main Overview or Home Screen, select "Officers":
When you arrive on the Officers Screen, you'll see any existing Grand Body Officers, their name, their installation date, and contact information.
When there is an existing current officer, to the far right, you'll see three icons:
- EDIT (pencil icon)
- REPLACE (reverse cycle icon)
- REMOVE (red minus circle icon)
When there is no existing officer holding this position, you'll simply see a "plus" symbol to add a new officer

District and Region Officers
Navigate to the Districts or Regions screen (Menu > Grand Body > Districts or Regions)
Click the "people" icon to the right of the names of the current officers
Follow the instructions above for editing, replacing, removing, or adding an officer.
Use the Info/Officers screen for each local to update - edit, replace, remove, or add a new officer.
1. There is more than one officer of a specific type, how should I handle that?
A: Use the "plus" symbol to add a new officer of this type. If there is no Empty "Office" by this name, contact us using the HELP button in the bottom right corner of this screen to request additional counts for this Office.
2. The Office Name I want to add is not found on this list
A. Contact us using the HELP button in the bottom right corner of this screen to request that we add another Office for your Organization at this Group, District, Region, or Local level.
3. What is the Red alert triangle next to an officer's name?
A. This red triangle indicates that the officer in question is no longer in good standing in the organization, or may be deceased. Click on their record to ascertain the cause, then go back to the Officers Table and remove them from office as of the date of their death.
