WePay Merchant Account Notice of Termination

WePay has granted an extension for WePay Merchant Accounts through September 30, 2024.

Over the month of July, Groupable has included information about online payment changes in all Weekly Announcements and Training Schedule emails sent to Grand Officers, District Officers, and Local Officers, and on 07/17/2024, WePay sent a Notice of Termination to WePay Merchant Accounts.

Groupable is preparing a payment solution that will go live before August 31, 2024. We look forward to significant platform improvements as part of this change, and we will update you over the next few weeks as we prepare to go live with the new payment solution and set local and parent groups up with new and improved Merchant Accounts.

To continue accepting online payments, you will need to take action, so please look for email announcements from support@moriapp.com and groupable.

We are excited to announce that setting up a Merchant Account will be a breeze. Most of the account information will be prefilled for the Account Admin and you'll receive great support. Watch your email for follow-up notices from Groupable.

Over the next few weeks, we'll provide more details, send you setup instructions, and even include a schedule of Office Hours during which you can receive hands-on support from Groupable.
