If you receive notification that you are not receiving a settlement in your bank account, this means WePay was unable to fully release funds.
Sometimes this is because your Merchant Account (KYC) Verification Failed, or your Bank Account needs to be updated, and sometimes it is because there was an issue with the Payment.
Please contact support@groupable.com and we'll work with WePay for funds payout.
If the transaction was over 18 months ago, WePay will send funds to your state's unclaimed funds via a legal escheatment process and they'll be held for the payee.
