Dues & Arrears > Dues Menu > Print Address Labels & Envelopes:

Process

• Select all or subgroup of membership to print labels or envelopes (All, By Member Type, Single Member)
  • skip members who don't owe dues 
  • skip emailed members
• Sort by Name or Postal Code
• Select Print Format (Envelopes No. 10/Labels Avery 5160 or 5161)
• Select Starting position for labels
• Include ADDRESS SERVICE REQUESTED
• Print

Note:

• Formatting of labels and envelopes is responsive to the length of name and address.
  • Longer names and addresses will left-adjust to fit in the center of a label.
  • Shorter names and addresses will right-adjust to fit in the center of a label.
