ROSTER
Use the following form to manage the roster. Use Automatic Tags (below) whenever possible.
When adding Sections and Section Headings manually, the details (names and people listed) has to be manually changed every year. When using Tags, these update automatically based on the Current Offices Held in your Organization and on your Member Records.
AUTOMATIC TAGS AVAILABLE:
There are numerous tags that can be used to make the creation of the Grand Lodge Roster easier. When a tag is inserted into a heading it will automatically fill that section with the necessary information from the "Current Offices Held" in your Group, Regions, Districts, and Locals.
- <OFFICERS> - Grand Body Officers
- <COMMITTEES> - Grand Body Committees, and the Corresponding Officers.
- <REGIONS> - Regions, and the Corresponding Officers
- <DISTRICTS> - Districts, and the Corresponding Officers
- <LODGES> - Local Groups, and the Corresponding Officers
Ordering your Headings
Use the Options on the right to manage your Headings
- +. The + is to add a Heading beneath the selected Heading row.
- +>. The +> will add a Subheading subordinate to the selected Heading row.
- -. The - will delete the selected Heading row.
- ^. The ^ will move the selected Heading up one row.
- v. The v will move the selected Heading down one row.

Ensure your Current Officers are listed in Groupable|m2 before printing your new Roster:
Add a New Grand Body Officer, District Officer, or Local Officer (a newly installed officer)
Add Certificate Of Election (update Local Officers)
Printing Roster:
Navigation / Location:
Menu > Group > Download Roster (Legacy)
Available for systems with Classic Java enabled
Access / Permissions:
All Users
User Guide:
Select Menu > Group > Download Roster (Legacy) to automatically download from your web browser.
Troubleshooting: Ensure that you Allow Downloads and/or Multiple Downloads for your Groupable Domain.
