Manual for External Status Checker

Access / Permissions:

Anyone can access the public status checker

User Guide (Scribes, Videos):

Load the status checker and enter the full member number (including the letter and leading zeros) and click "check status"

Results will be returned with the First Name, Last Initial - Status: ______ , and you'll have the option to enter a new member number and check status from this screen again.

Status options vary by jurisdiction:

Active

Deceased

Demitted

Suspended - NPD

Field Descriptions:

Notes:

Requirements: searchable only by member number, not by name.

Privacy and Security: Does not display the last name, only initial. Must have a member number/dues card to check status.
