Groupable Users on Slack (groupableusers.slack.com) is where we work with you on onboarding and data import. Questions about your records, status updates, and scheduling Zoom meetings all happen there, not by text, email, or phone. Your administrators and anyone sending us records need to join and keep notifications on.
It takes about five minutes on your phone.
1. Download Slack
- iPhone or iPad: open the App Store, search for Slack, and tap Get.
- Android: open the Google Play Store, search for Slack, and tap Install. Slack needs Android 11 or later.

2. Sign in to Groupable Users
- Open your invitation email from Groupable and tap the link to join. Use the same email address the invitation went to.
- If Slack asks for a workspace, enter groupableusers.slack.com.
- Confirm with the code Slack emails you, or with Face ID or your fingerprint if Slack offers it.
Already using Slack on your computer? On your computer, click Sign in on mobile from the Home tab and scan the QR code with your phone.
No invitation? Ask your Groupable contact to send one.

3. Turn on notifications
In the Slack app:
- Tap your profile picture.
- Tap Notifications.
- Turn on Mobile notifications.
- Under what to notify you about, choose Everything, or at least Mentions and direct messages.
- Tap Notify me on mobile and choose As soon as I'm inactive so messages reach your phone right away.
Then check your phone lets Slack notify you:
- iPhone: Settings, then Notifications, then Slack, and turn on Allow Notifications.
- Android: Settings, then Apps, then Slack, then Notifications, and turn them on.
