The Info / Officers screen controls information about the Local Group:
- physical meeting location including GPS coordinates for map pins
- legal business and EIN information of various nature
- list of current officers
- replacement of individual officers by a Group Read/Write user
- Certificate of Election / Return of Officers by a Local Secretary (and subsequent Approval process by the Parent Group)
- list of past officers
- Stated Communications Schedule (stated meetings, regular frequency)
Updating Stated Communications Schedule:
Updates to your standard recurring calendar events must be done at the Parent Group level (usually due to bylaws/codes of your organization).
The Parent Group follows these instructions to update the Stated Communications:
