Some organizations require monthly reports from their chapter/club/lodge. Please speak to your parent organization about any specific instructions on completing the monthly reports.
This article addresses how to submit a report when you do not meet in a particular month:
In the event a lodge does not meet in a particular month, you will not "Add a Meeting."
Instead, after the 1st of the month, go to "Monthly Report" and select the month to close.
Verify all other information is complete
Then click the "close filing" icon in the upper right corner.
