Adding a New Monthly Meeting
Navigation Menu: My Local > Lodge Meetings
Add a New Lodge Meeting:
Select the date, visitors, check the box for "special meeting" when applicable.
Check the boxes for your officers, or when someone else is in their place please find the member:
Click submit. If there are incomplete or invalid fields, the meeting will not save.
Monthly Filings will display your Monthly Meetings.
Finding an Existing Monthly Meeting
Return to the Local Meetings screen, and instead of clicking the link "Add a New Lodge Meeting", you'll use the Past Meetings Report and enter the month (MM) and year (YYYY) and "search".
If there are no meetings recorded for the month, you'll see that zero results with a red alert bar "No data found" as shown below:
When there are one or more results, you'll see them sorted by date:
Edit an Existing Local Meeting (Edit or Delete)
From the "Past Meetings Report", after searching and finding a meeting, you can review or edit in more details by clicking Actions: edit.
You'll be presented with the edit screen:
- Back to All Lodge Meetings (blue text link)
- Remove This Meeting (red text link)
- Edit
- Date
- Members Present
- Visitors Present
- Special Meeting (checkbox)
- Junior Warden
- Worshipful Master
- Senior Warden
- Submit (button)
