Please note that two data sets are produced with this report:
- Sort By: YSR = Raised Month / Full Member Date Anniversary: Anniversary date/month report using "Full Member Date" or "Full Member Month" to ensure you're honoring the member from their first date of membership.
- Sort by YGS = Years of Good Standing Date: Adjusts for any time lost due to Demit or NPD. Use the "Anniversary Date" or "Anniversary Month" dates to adjust their Anniversary Dates for this lost time.

What is an Adjusted Start Date; how are Years in Good Standing Calculated
YGS: Years of Active Member Time since Full Member Date. Subtracts any days of inactive membership time, counting ONLY active days.
Raised: Actual date of their Full Member Event / Raising.
YSR: Years since Full Member Event (ie: Raising / Initiation). Disregards any inactive membership time and counts the days since their Full Member Date.
