What is the Groupable Help Widget?
The Help Widget is a tool to get answers to any Groupable questions that you have, and to submit a question to our team for further help. This Help Widget appears in the bottom right corner of every Groupable screen.
When you click the Help Widget, you'll see an initial set of suggestions based on your current screen.
Search for an Answer
Use the "Type your question here..." field to search for an answer to another question.
Here is a list of articles that may answer your question "I need help"
Click the link to view the article in the Widget:
You can go back to the search, or expand the article in a new browser. You can always send us a message requesting more help using the "Contact us" at the bottom corner:
Then you'll be brought back to the Widget search to ask another question or review another suggestion.
Use the "open in new tab" to view an article in larger format or in more detail:
Get in Touch (Contact Us Directly for Support)
Use "Contact us" at any point to send us an email. You may be reporting an issue, asking a question that isn't answered by a Help Article, or in other circumstances.
Select "Contact us" and fill in the fields to send us an email:
Contact Us Form:
- Give us your name
- Your email address (double-check this!)
- How can we help you?
- Send us ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION AND DETAILS:
- who you are,
- what you are trying to do,
- what is the issue at hand,
- any specific member numbers or contact information.
- Attachments: attach up to 5 files that help support or explain the issue.
- Send Button to send to our team.
Note: using the Help Widget / Send Message will send a message to Groupable, not to your local group or parent group.
Use the Directory or send an email from the Connect Contact Us page to contact your local group or parent group directly.
