The Dues Notices screen can be accessed by selecting Financial > Dues / Arrears from the menu.
Access the Dues Menu from the Dues/Arrears screen:
1. Review existing Dues
Dues / Arrears Menu displays the Dues Setup and Management selections:
2. Configure Dues
Sets up your Customized Dues Notice. When completed, save and return to Dues & Arrears.
3. Add A New Dues Year
(if you have not set up this years's dues)
4. Print Dues Notices
Customize Dues Notice > Save > Preview > Page Setup > Print
This feature is open to anyone logged into groupable:m2 in any of the following roles: lodgeSecretary, lodgeAssistantSecretary.
This screen is used to author the dues notices to be mailed to members. As you make changes, they will appear in the preview section of the form. Changes will not be permanent until you click 'save'.
Dues Notice Form Field Descriptions:
- Due Date
- Return Address
- Solicitations (up to 5 can be included in print version of dues notice)
- Member Types (ensure your Member Types Dues Rate and Member List are accurate)
- MORI Classic: to access Dues Notices, log out of MORI Classic and log in to groupable:m2 with the same user name and password.
