The Manage User Accounts screen can be reached by going to the member record for Member-Based User Accounts.
Admin Account Management is reached from Admin > Admin Users
Access
Admin Accounts is accessible by Admin Users only.
Manage Member-Based User Accounts can be managed by the User or by Admin Users.
Send Password Reset / Invite User to Create Account can be done by all groupable|m2 users.
Instructions
There are a variety of functions for the managing of accounts:
Member Based User Accounts:
- Invite member to create account: member has no user account yet, and member has an email or cell phone on their record.
- Send password reset: for any active user account
- Resend Activation email: for any user/member who has not enabled their user account
Edit Account: all groupable|m2 users can update their username and password by clicking their name in the upper right-hand corner of Groupable and clicking "My Account" and then the pencil to perform these functions:
- Edit Username
- Edit Password
Admin Account Functions:
- Become User - "see" and work in the app from another user's perspective for troubleshooting or training purposes.
- Delete Account - Delete is available when all conditions are met:
- Admin User Account
- No notes, emails, or return addresses attached to the Admin Account
