My Downloads Screen

Accessed by:

All groupable|m2 users.

Click your name in the upper right corner and select "My Downloads" from the menu.

My Downloads:

Downloads screen to display your Recent Report Downloads or Exports (7 days history). 

Why:

When you download a large export from groupable|m2, instead of processing and consuming memory or timing out, the download happens in the background and is available to export from your My Downloads screen.

Instructions:

When downloading large exports, the export will process in the background to ensure that the download doesn't timeout and fail. 

After the export is complete, you'll receive a green alert in the upper right corner stating that your download is ready, and you'll see the download icon is available in the upper right corner to the left of your name. 

Click the Download icon to load your Downloads Manager. 

Review your recent Downloads at any time by clicking your name in the upper right corner and selecting "My Downloads" from the menu.
