This page is the home base for everything about sending email, printing labels and envelopes, exporting member data, and managing mailing lists in Groupable M2. Find your role below and follow the links. Every guide linked here is current for the screens in Groupable today.
What changed in September 2026
The classic Labels / Emails screen under the Mailing menu has been retired for parent-group, region, and district users. Its replacement is the Mail Room, found at Menu > Mailing > Labels / Emails. It works the same way in spirit (choose who you're mailing, then choose what to produce), but the screens are new, and district and region users now have their own access to it.
If you have been using the old screen and it has disappeared, start with the Mail Room guide below. If something you used to do isn't covered, write to support@groupable.com and tell us what you were producing and for whom.
Parent-group (Grand Body) users
- Mail Room: Emails, Labels, and Exports for Group, District, and Region Users. Building an audience from officers, committees, roster sections, and membership categories, then sending email, printing labels and envelopes, or exporting.
- Advanced Audience Builder. Searching on any combination of status, location, age, events, and offices, and saving searches to reuse.
- Instructions Using Advanced Search / Audience Builder. Sending a bulk email from an audience, step by step.
- Create a Contact List, Birthday List, or YGS List Report using the Audience Builder.
- View Sent Emails, Edit/Send Unsent Emails. Delivery counts, undeliverable addresses, and drafts.
District and region users
You use the same Mail Room and Advanced Audience Builder as parent-group users, limited to your own district or region. The system enforces the limit; you will only ever see your own area.
- Mail Room: Emails, Labels, and Exports for Group, District, and Region Users. The section on roles explains exactly which tabs you see.
- Advanced Audience Builder.
Local group secretaries
Your tools are the two shortcuts on your local group's Overview page. They were not affected by the September change.
- Email Members Shortcut. Email your active members, officers, or a mailing list.
- Labels, Envelopes, Mail Merge, and Export Shortcut. Avery labels, number 10 envelopes, mail merge files, and exports.
- Printing a Single Label/Envelope.
- Creating & Managing Mailing Lists. Mailing lists moved to their own page under Mailing > Mailing Lists in September 2026. Mailing lists are for groupings the shortcuts' ready-made audiences don't cover, such as a building committee or a widows list. Create a list once, add people by name, and pick it as the audience in either shortcut. The ready-made audiences by office and member status are unchanged.
- Advanced Audience Builder, for anything the shortcuts don't cover.
Fixing addresses and email delivery
- Bad Addresses / Missing Emails / Cell Phones. Finding members whose mail or email won't reach them.
- Why is a member/address not printed on labels/envelopes?
- How do I fix issues printing labels or envelopes?
- Printing Return Labels in Microsoft Word
- Groupable Email Attachment Size Limits
- How to Safelist the system emails? and Why am I not receiving emails?
Dues mailings
The retired screen, for reference
- Labels / Emails (Deprecated). The old two-stage buffer screen. Kept for reference only; the Mail Room guide above replaces it.
