Stated Communications Schedule

New Release February 2023:

On the Info/Officers screen, on the right-hand side below "Additional Local Users", there is a panel to select a Stated Communications schedule:

Use this panel to add or change a regular stated communications meeting schedule that can be defined with the following options:

Ordinal:

1st

2nd

3rd

4th

5th

1st and 3rd

1st, 3rd and 5th

2nd and 4th

2nd and 5th

3rd and 5th

Every

Weekday:

Monday

Tuesday

Wednesday

Thursday

Friday

Saturday

Sunday

Meeting Time:

Fill in a time with AM/PM designation with your keypad or the select wheels.

Months:

January - December, select any or all.

When Adding an Irregular Schedule:

Should you need to add a non-date-specific calendar (lunar, "holiday" exception, "last", "annually in June", "quarterly in January, April, August, and October") ... any schedule that can't be clearly defined using the "Add Stated Communication" selects, follow these instructions:

1. Delete any existing stated communications
2. Use the Info Menu to "Edit Local"
3. Use the "Meeting Nights" field to add the stated meeting schedule. 
4. Note that OLP calendar event population will do its best to generate stated meetings based on a schedule. It cannot generate irregular calendar events. Contact support@groupable.com to exclude an irregular stated meeting schedule from OLP Calendar Event Generation.

Notes: 

To add meetings on more than one day of the week, add each day of the week individually using the "plus" symbol.
