Instructions for termination of a Local Group (not by merger or consolidation).

If you have a local group that has surrendered, forfeited, or suspended Its Charter, navigate to the Info/Officers screen, terminate the officers' term (Info/Officers), and then select "Mark Suspended," "Mark Surrendered," or "Mark Forfeited."

Next, you'll need to make decisions about the member statuses:

1. Are the members moving to another local group?
2. Are the members demitting or going inactive?
3. Are the members being suspended for actions? 
4. Is this a temporary surrender, and no changes to member status are required at this time?

Groupable doesn't assume the answer to these questions, so Groupable doesn't change member status automatically on your behalf.
