Updating Contact Information in Connect
Groupable|Connect allows members to update their contact information directly in the member management system.
A. If you have not created an account, do that now.
B. Log in to Groupable|Connect for your organization.
Select My Account or your name.
Account Management Features
- Change password
- Log out
- View memberships/affiliations
- View Dues Owed
- View Payment History
- Pay Dues Online
- Update Bio Information
- Update Communication Preferences

Add and Edit Contact information:
- Addresses
- Emails
- Phones
- Alternate/ICE Contact Information for a family member
- Work Address
- Correspondence Address (where you receive mail)
- Snowbird Address (date-bound alternate mailing address)

Add and Edit Bio information:
- Spelling of name
- DOB, State/Country of Birth
- Spouse name and
