Access / Permissions:

Read-Only for read-only users at Local, District, Group levels

Read-Write for read-write users at Local, District, Group levels

It's important to know that these Financial Files are not exposed anywhere outside of groupable|m2. 

The only files that can be viewed by members or the public are the files in groupable|connect. Those Connect Files are shared and intended for distribution amongst your membership (like minutes) or available to the public and your members (like a petition). 

If an individual gains access to a URL link for a Financial File, our system checks to be sure they have access permissions. They will first need to log in or be logged into groupable. They'll also need to have a user account that provides access to groupable|m2 in a read-write or read-only permission. 

If the individual is not logged in, they'll be brought to the groupable login screen. If the individual isn't eligible to log in, they won't have access to anything but publicly shared content. 

If the individual can log in to groupable|connect as a member, but they don't have groupable|m2 access, that URL will redirect to their Connect Feed and never expose the Financial Files.
