In order to waive a member's dues, simply record a member payment with Payment Method: REMIT:
A Remit member payment will result in a zero dollar impact on the Officer Funds Transfer Totals.
In order to permanently waive a member's dues, check for a pre-existing Dues Category for a zero-fee category (Lifetime, 50+ Member, 80+ Age, etc) and assign the member's Dues Category.
If you do not have the correct Dues Category, you'll create a new Dues Category.
