View Certificates of Election

Each Local Group has a list of any Submitted Certificates of Election. 

To view your submitted Certificates of Election and their status please click Reports and Certificates of Election.

Clicking the Year link will display the following Certificate of Election Screen:

Click the download icon to instead download a PDF of the Certificate of Election.

When your local group has a New Certificate of Election that has not yet been Approved or Installed, it will display the following status on your Overview Screen:

Once the New COE has been Approved by your Parent Group (Grand Lodge, Grand Chapter), the Secretary will be able to Install the new officers!
