The biggest upgrade yet to your Financials tools. Nothing changes for your current workflow -- your existing transactions are already organized under a General Fund and an Operating Account. These new capabilities are there when you're ready.
What's New
Fund Accounting
Create named funds (Building Fund, Charity Fund, Scholarship Fund, or whatever your organization uses) and tag every receipt and disbursement with the fund it belongs to. Each fund has its own ledger and balance. Transfer money between funds when needed. A new reconciliation page shows how fund totals line up against bank account totals.
Default Funds and Fund Merger
Give an income or expense account a default fund so postings to that account land in the right fund automatically. If an import left you with duplicate funds, merge them from the Funds page and all of the history moves to the surviving fund.
Multiple Bank and Investment Accounts
Track more than one account per local -- name, institution, and last four digits. Deposits and disbursements tie to the right account, each with its own running ledger. Flag one as the default.
Bank Account Transfers
Move money between accounts with a recorded transfer that shows up in both account ledgers automatically.
Disbursement Attachments
Attach invoices, vendor receipts, or quotes to a disbursement authorization. Documents stay with the record for audit.
Email Receipts
Send a receipt directly to the payor by email with a generated PDF attached. One click from the receipt page.
Profit & Loss Report
Income and expense breakdown by account with drill-down detail for every line.
Starting Balance Protection
The system now protects your starting balance date automatically, preventing transactions from being dated before it and auto-correcting conflicts.
Follow-Up: Reports by Fund, Add Payment, and Clearer Account Names

The Income & Expenses page and the fund transfer pages now break their totals down by fund. The Receipts page has a prominent Add Payment button, so recording a payment no longer means hunting for the link. Payment history shows each account by its own name, with the dues year where it applies, and hovering over the name shows the full account path.
