What do you do when you belong to two or more Grand Bodies?
When you belong to two or more Grand Bodies that use Groupable, each jurisdiction has their own unique member record for you. Your unique identifier, your member number, will be different in each organization.
In order to log in to Groupable for one organization's Member Portal, you'll need a user account for that organization.
How do you create a new Groupable Account for the other organizations?
- Access your Groupable site for the additional organization. You can stay logged in on the first Groupable site.
- Create your account for the second (or third) organization by following the instructions you used to create your first account, found here: Creating Your Groupable Account & Password Requirements. Please note that your user name might be different.
- Log in with your new account, saving your user name and password as NEW passwords in your password manager.
- Switching between accounts does not require you to log out before logging into the alternate account.
Note:
If you have more than one affiliation in a single Grand Body, these affiliations should be under one member record. If you have more than one member record in a single Grand Body, please contact support@groupable.com and/or your Grand Secretary's Office for assistance in merging these two records inside the Grand Body.
