You're reading the Groupable Help Center, which explains how to use M2 and Connect. Your members, records, and account aren't here. They're on your organization's own Groupable site, and you can't log in from this page.
If you got here by clicking Help Center in M2, M2 is still open in the tab you came from.
Find your organization's Groupable site
Each organization has its own Groupable site with its own web address. Groupable shows that address in these emails:
- The welcome message you get after you create an account says "You have successfully signed up for groupable at" followed by the address.
- An invitation from an officer says "on Groupable at" followed by the address.
- A password reset message says "Thanks for requesting a password reset for Groupable at" followed by the address.
Click the address in the email, then bookmark the page so you can find it again.
If you don't have one of those emails, ask your local group's secretary or your parent group's office for the address.
What you'll see there
If you're still logged in, the address takes you straight to the screen you usually see after you log in. If you aren't, it opens your Connect page first when your organization uses Connect, and the login screen when it doesn't.
The login screen shows your organization's name above the Username and Password boxes, with a Log In button below them. If your organization uses Connect, a Continue as Guest button sits under Log In. Under the buttons you'll find Forgot your password? and Create your log in account.
- To log in, including from a Connect page, see Log In for the First Time.
- To create an account, see Create Your Groupable Account.
- If you can't remember your password, see Reset Your Password When You Can't Log In.
